Which he follows up with a quick text message. “Hey, John. I sent you an email, go ahead and check it, let me know if you have any questions.”

His next text is a follow up to that. “Hey John, just want to make sure you got the email. Let me know”

Leon says you’ll be surprised by how many respond back to you with “Oh thanks! …. ” And then they go back to Homebot and look again. “The nice thing about Homebot is it tells you what they were looking at.”
